Watch the first ten minutes and thirty seconds or so to get a feel for the importance of studying religion (and some information about a sweet new initiative at the State Department!). If someone ever derides your taking a class on religion, tell them that Kerry said:
“In fact, if I went back to college to day, I think I would probably major in comparative religion because that’s how integrated [religion] is in everything that are working on and deciding and thinking about in life today.”
